Description:  5'10", 145 lbs. Short brown blonde hair, brown eyes, light tan. Right handed.  Tank is an average looking guy with the ability to blend into the background. There is nothing really outstanding about his looks which is why he can be difficult to describe. He's a bit on the thin side but he's also a computer geek. He worked free lance until he got caught hacking into the wrong system, namely Hi-Cy. Before Tank could get away, he was captured by the very people he now works for. So far as the public and the underground know, the hacker known as Manticore suddenly disappeared from the net and has not been seen for some time. Rumor has it he was caught and busted.  Since Hi-Cy went rogue, he's kept captive by a means of artificially induced epilepsy. If he could get away, the lack of drugs that has pushed him to this position would cause him to go into seizures as it wore off. Whether or not he'd survive the cold turkey experience is unknown. While he can't act directly against Hi-Cy, he has managed to scramble C-9's payroll and do a security dispersal to make it a pain for Hi-Cy to track down. This allows the members of C-9 that still exist to get paid.
