6'5", 325 lbs. Green Eyes, Tanned skin, Short blonde hair, Bulky
build. Right Handed. Blood type: A+ Background Info:
Pulse was the senior NCO of Delta Nova. He was detatched TDY to Firebat
Nova when Ghostwalker was sent to Alpha Nova for training to help cover
the shortage there.
He was born in
Calgary but when his mutant abilities were apparent within hours of birth,
his parents left the city for more welcoming environs. Pulse grew up in a
commune of mutants who wish nothing more than to be left alone. As he
grew, he found this idyllic life to be a bit too boring for him so he
enlisted in the military.
Joint operations
between the Canadian and US military brought him to the attention of a
Metahuman Operations officer. He was made an offer which he first turned
down. After a smear campaign ruined his chances with his unit, he finally
agreed to the transfer. He had no issues with C-9 until the Hi-Cy unit
went rogue. Left out in the cold, he hooked up with a C-9 reservist and is
currently working as a police officer in New Jersey.
