Known Aptitudes: In general aptitude testing, subject showed the following aptitudes for known fields of study: Law, Teaching, Police Work, Administration, Engineering, Military, Science and Medicine, Computers. Said aptitudes indicate that subject can work well with others or alone and within specific parameters.

Physical Aptitudes:

Note: November 2000: Subject had left arm replaced with cyberneticically enhanced replicant. Subject has been undergoing extensive counseling to help him adapt to the changes made. Counseling ceased in January 2001 for unexplained reasons. Unknown at this time how this will effect the subject. Known effects of replacement: enhanced strength, enhanced grip, full tactile sensations, pain blockers in place. Arm tends to run one to two degrees cooler than the rest of the body.

Special Aptitudes: Subject was a voluntary recipient of laboratory controlled modifications to his person. As such, certain abilities have surfaced. To wit:

Summoning Ability (Extra-dimensional) listed at Remarkable on the scale.

Gateway Generation (Multi-planar) listed at Remarkable on the scale.

Dimensional Traveling Ability (Multi-Planar) listed at Incredible on the scale.

Vibrational Control Powers listed at Incredible on the scale. Note: This is a new manifestation of power extant of the laboratory.

Due to the nature of the vibrational abilities, all of the subjects special abilities have the capability of being linked or coupled together to boost their output. This is most noticeable with the vibrational specialties. Also noted is that the subject does not have full control over generation of said abilities. The subject underwent intensive training to gain control over the vibrational energies that rip through his body. Self control is paramount. If subject loses control, he loses his lock on this dimensional plane’s frequency.

Note: Subject was sent back into training after a new power manifested. Subject was recorded at Wilkes Tower, New York City ceasing all vibrational energy in a 52 story area of the building and causing himself to suffer a massive coronary failure. Subject was retrieved by another team member and sent to the Alpha facility to be stabilized and to recuperate. It is unknown as of yet if this new ability will mitigate the subject’s control issues.

Note: At some time during the year, the subject came in contact with another who has caused a regeneration of his cybernetic arm. Subject seems to be in a daze as he deals with the changes in his body once more. 

Note: January 2001, the Hi-Cy unit controlling this experiment went rogue. The subject was taken and reinserted into the experiment and re-bombarded with energies. For some unknown reason, the rogue unit did not kill the subject though it is unknown whether the unit had the capability at that time. Subject was transported elsewhere and was not seen for many months. He was presumed MIA/KIA. 

Early May 2001: The subject has returned but showed marked differences. He is leaner, his hair has begun to prematurely silver and he shows an age in his eyes that goes beyond comprehension. He is quieter than previously, but shows a calmer and more relaxed nature. This will bear further studies. 

Subject now seems to be manifesting paranormal activity about his person. He claims to see and speak with spirits. Psychology wishes to pull the subject in for testing. Subject is not cooperating in this matter. 

Overall Profile:

Subject has shown signs of increased stress related issues in the field since he lost full use of his dominant arm. Replacement surgery with post-hypnotic suggestions has for the mean time stopped the subject from exhibiting suicidal tendencies in the field. Therapy or retraining is recommended to increase subject’s mental and emotional stability. Subject has likewise shown a tendency to withdraw from social interaction on a large scale. Again, therapy recommended. It is noted that subject has been given a field unit command without having completed his initial training. Also noted is a marked tendency toward mathematical genius in the subject. Typical of the activity, such subjects tend to show limited social skills. Subject has not been tested so this is only theory at this point.

Regardless, subject is definitely an introvert. He is not socially outgoing nor overly companionable, even with his team. This increased antisocial behavior bears further investigation to see if the subject is suited to command and command responsibilities. To date, there have been no major errors in the field nor in the administrative areas of the position. With proper and careful guidance, it is felt that the subject can adapt well to the pressures of his assignment.

Note: Update: The subject has shown a change in command style. He has begun to delegate authority to his second in command and appears to be content to let him run the show. He is still  maintaining overall control and is showing a wariness that was heretofore unknown.

Subject shows a marked tendency toward introversion. Despite efforts of staff, he remains a very private person, talking only when he as to. He shows great promise as a team asset, as indicated in his commander’s reports. He also shows an attitude that just borders on remaining respectful when dealing with command issues. Subject has a deep sense of right and wrong though he occasionally shows a complete disregard for the law. Also noted is a marked effort not to kill in the field, regardless of his orders.
